Bloombux® – the proven boxwood alternative in many sizes and shapes
On trial: Bloombux®, the boxwood alternative
For many years, the Horticultural Research and Teaching Institute of the Chamber of Agriculture of Lower Saxony in Bad Zwischenahn has been testing various boxwood alternatives for small edging hedges, with regard to winter hardiness, pests, diseases, and growth vigour. Bloombux has also been included for over ten years – and proves its worth as one of the few flowering boxwood alternatives, as the results show. Additional trials in Dresden, Erfurt, and Hanover also confirm Bloombux as a convincing boxwood substitute.
Bloombux® as a standard stem
In addition to the well-known Bloombux ball, bush, and the small Nugget by Bloombux, the dwarf rhododendron, which flowers from May to June, is now also available as a 40 cm stem in a 5-litre container. The wide range of Bloombux forms and sizes offers versatile uses and design possibilities: it is ideal as a solitary plant in the garden, but also looks attractive in a container on the balcony, in window boxes, or on the terrace – both for private gardens and in commercial or public green spaces.
For presentation at the point of sale, a variety of PoS materials such as table bands, banners, posters, and much more are available.
